HOW BULU IS HANDLING COVID-19

In addition to the thousands who are affected by COVID-19, thousands more are indirectly dealing with changes in their work, school, and community. Bulu’s mission is to provide first class Subscription Box services that are a 5-way win for our customers, partners, employees, stakeholders and community. We believe we have an important role to serve during this time for our Partners.

 

Serving Our Partners

Your Program Manager and Program Director will continue to be your primary point of contact for the status of any product or service associated with your Subscription Box program. Here are updates for three of our key service areas:

Kitting & Fulfillment: Assuming that all box products continue to arrive on-time, Bulu will be able to kit and ship boxes according to our standard schedule(s) and according to the abilities of the shipping provider. See below for further details on our Warehouse Team Protocol. 

Product Procurement & Supply Chain: The Bulu Procurement Team is monitoring the logistics of all inbound box product shipments. We are planning further in advance, proactively reaching out to our vendors to confirm timelines and working to identify alternate product options if needed.

Customer Service: The Bulu Customer Service Team will continue to work with our Partners to provide responses to customer inquiries regarding COVID-19 in a manner that aligns with our Partner’s corporate policy or approach. If you are experiencing an influx of customer service tickets, our team is available for temporary assistance.

 

Additional Office Team Protocol

In response to ongoing COVID-19 developments, Bulu’s office employees have been working from home since March 13, 2020 and will continue to do so until further notice. All travel has also been suspended until further notice.

 

Additional Warehouse Team Protocol

Our warehouse employees require physical presence so we are closely following and implementing the CDC Guidelines for Business & Employers including increasing our cleaning frequency, maintaining proper distance from eachother and enforcing good hygiene practices.
