Bulu creates Private Label Subscription Boxes for large retail brands like BuzzFeed, Crayola and Disney. Our core focus is building Subscription Box programs for other companies. We believe that our programs can be a win for all parties involved by building a large, fast-growing, recurring revenue stream. We believe that health-minded individuals make enjoyable team members. Open Positions
Account Manager

LOCATION: Remote / Lincoln or Omaha, NE area preferred

$45,000 annual salary

The Account Manager serves as the day-to-day contact for a roster of 3 to 10 client partners and is responsible for managing their requests, expectations, and deliverables. The Account Manager works collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer success by managing timelines and projects, coordinating services, and tracking services rendered for accurate invoicing. Account Managers retain and continuously grow relationships with client partners by ensuring first-class service daily.

  • Manage a roster of client partners daily. Think managing projects, timelines, and budgets and leading meetings or conference calls.

  • Develop good working relationships and communicate effectively with client partners and internal stakeholders

  • Ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize according to revenue goals

  • Protect existing business by developing new growth opportunities and managing the drivers of profitability and cash flow

  • Ensure all client partners are invoiced accurately and in a timely fashion

  • Solve problems proactively and can make decisions in situations where ambiguity or limited standardization exists

  • Possess an optimistic, can-do spirit to take on any other tasks as required to fulfill Bulu’s core values and its commitment to “The 5 Way Win”

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience, or 6+ years of equivalent work experience

  • Experience with client implementation, account management or client management is preferred

  • Ability to move fast, be fearless and thrive in a dynamic environment

  • General proficiency with computers is required

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents

  • Ability to prioritize, strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through

  • Incredible service-orientation and a passion for meeting the expressed and unexpressed needs of others

  • An infectiously positive attitude that can be felt through the phone or over Zoom and Teams while working to create solutions or resolve issues quickly
